Lamb Weston announces new CEO Wednesday 02 September 2020
Lamb Weston (LW) is pleased to announce that Marc Schroeder will join as their CEO effective January 1st 2021. He replaces Bas Alblas who will resign from the company as of November 1st, 2020.
Marc is a Dutch national who gained significant experience with world class multi-national companies such as Procter & Gamble and mainly PepsiCo where he held several leadership positions in operating, commercial, joint venture and corporate roles. During this period he has worked and lived in the Netherlands, Russia, USA and most recently Switzerland.
During his career, Marc has held a variety of different roles that have prepared him well for this position with Lamb Weston VOF. Marc’s broad expertise as well as his international experience in developing and developed markets, will be a strong asset to the LW organization. The company considers his leadership and personality as a great fit to the organization.
