Cyber Security Engineer
Lamb Weston is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer EMEA to support the company’s cybersecurity program. The Engineer will be a crucial member of our Cybersecurity organization in the areas of OT/ICS/DCS/SCADA cybersecurity whose mission is to improve the safety, security, and reliability of our OT environments. This position is based in Kruiningen and you’ll report to the Manager OT/SC Cybersecurity.
What are your main activities?
Identify assets and associated security risks;
Protect: Implement controls to manage security risks;
Detect and analyse cyber security events to identify cyber security incidents;
Respond to and recover from cyber security incidents;
Close collaborations with Global Engineering, Global Manufacturing, Process Control Engineering, Plant Management, Physical Security and the different IT groups (Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations, IT Supply Chain, etc.) and providing security training and awareness to the company’s production centers;
Evaluate alerts from automated systems and determine risk associated with incidents;
Evaluate new systems/requirement in all plants to ensure compliance with standards;
Make recommendations about process changes, system configurations, protocols to be used, etc.;
Main point of contact for engineering and plant management to resolve technical issues and analyze implications to the plants operations;
Act as OT cybersecurity subject matter expert for GTS partners (Infrastructure & Operations, Applications, Risk Management, etc.);
Collect needs in the area of OT Cybersecurity in the plants.
What do you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in IT;
4+ years of relevant professional experience in industrial cybersecurity;
Knowledge of NIST 800-82 Rev 2;
CISSP certification preferred;
Advanced knowledge of networks and control systems utilized by critical infrastructure sectors, and of the O/T Process Control software/components space;
Demonstrate an understanding of operational security practices specific to engineering and/or security consulting;
Problem-solving, analytical and prioritization skills;
A professional, planned and organized way of working, along with an objective and pragmatic approach;
Fluent in English AND Dutch both spoken and written.
