Ingredienti

  • 50-60 arrosticini (spalla d'agnello a cubetti o carne di montone in spiedini, specialità abruzzese)
  • olio d'oliva
  • sale e pepe
  • 150 ml di vino bianco
  • 2 spicchi d'aglio tritati finemente
  • 2 rametti di rosmarino tritati finemente
  • fiocchi di peperoncino
  • 1500 g di Connoisseur Rustic Fries

Preparazione

Dry the skewered meat well and season with a drizzle of oil, pepper and salt. 
Stir in a bowl the whine, garlic, rosemary, chilli flakes and 300 ml olive oil. 
Cook the arrosticini on a very hot grill, turning often, and brushing every so often with the wine mixture. 
Fry the Connoisseur Rustic Fries ± 3:45 minutes at 175°C. 
Serve the arrosticini with the fries.
