Big Mac Loaded Fries by Chef Philli
Ingredients
- 2 Fresh Burgers
- 300g Lamb Weston Stealth Fries
- 4 Burger Cheese Slices
- 50g Burger Sauce (see below)
- 3 Cornichons, sliced
- 5 Sprigs Fresh Dill
For the Burger Sauce
- 24g Mayonnaise
- 16g Ketchup
- 8g Yellow Mustard
- ¾ tsp White Wine Vinegar
- ¼ tsp Capers, Chopped
- Pinch of Dried Dill
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Onion Powder
- To make the Burger Sauce mix all the ingredients together and keep until required.
Preparation
- Add burgers to a pan and break up, fry until fully cooked
- Cook the Lamb Weston Stealth Fries according to the pack and season
- Place the fries on a plate, load with the cheese slices and grill lightly
- Top with the burger pieces and finish off with loads of burger sauce, cornichons and dill
