Breakfast Omelette
Ingredients
- 240g Potato Puffs
- Mini Hash Browns Triangle
- Mini Hash Browns Rounds
- 4 Eggs
- Crispy Bacon
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Mushrooms
- Chopped chives
- Black pepper
Preparation
Whisk 4 eggs together and pour into large frying pan.
Add in crispy bacon, sliced cherry tomatoes, fried and sliced mushrooms and either 24 pre-cooked Potato Puffs, 24 Mini Hash Browns Triangle, 24 Mini Hash Browns Round or a combination of all three products.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat. Remove from pan and cut into 2 halves or 4 quarters.
To serve, sprinkle with chopped chives and black
pepper.
