Ingredients

  • 1200 g ground chicken breast
  • 1200 g ground beef
  • 1200 g ground pork
  • pepper and salt

Topping

  • mixed salad leaves
  • chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, mint, chives)
  • baby spinach
  • sliced onion
  • wholegrain mustard
  • sliced tomato
  • mayonnaise
  • cream cheese or sliced cheddar
  • 1500 g Original Seasoned Crisscuts

Preparation

In separate bowls, season the different meat with pepper and salt; mix together well and form burger patties with your hands. 
Cook on a very hot, lightly-oiled grill, until a crust forms on both sides. 
Fry the Original Seasoned Crisscuts ± 3:30 minutes at 175°C. 
Assemble the three burgers using the various salad leaves, herbs, vegetables, cheeses and sauces. 
Serve with the Crisscuts.
