Mini burger trio
- 1200 g ground chicken breast
- 1200 g ground beef
- 1200 g ground pork
- pepper and salt
- mixed salad leaves
- chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, mint, chives)
- baby spinach
- sliced onion
- wholegrain mustard
- sliced tomato
- cream cheese or sliced cheddar
- 1500 g Original Seasoned Crisscuts
In separate bowls, season the different meat with pepper and salt; mix together well and form burger patties with your hands.
Cook on a very hot, lightly-oiled grill, until a crust forms on both sides.
Fry the Original Seasoned Crisscuts ± 3:30 minutes at 175°C.
Assemble the three burgers using the various salad leaves, herbs, vegetables, cheeses and sauces.
Serve with the Crisscuts.
