Ingredients
- 1 burger bun
- 2 scoops of minced meat (80-90g each)
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of bacon
- 40g Cacio e Pepe sauce
- A little peanut oil
- Salt and pepper
- Fry the bacon on a griddle until crisp, then set it aside.
- Cut the burger bun in half and toast the cut sides until golden.
- Lightly grease the minced meat balls with peanut oil, then place them on a very hot grill. Press them down firmly with a weight or spatula for 20-30 seconds, and season with salt and pepper.
- Flip the burgers and cook the other side. The total cooking time should not exceed 2 minutes. Add a slice of cheddar to each burger while cooking.
- Spread the cheese and pepper sauce on the toasted sides of the bun. Layer the burgers on top, slightly overlapping, then add the bacon.
- Close the bun and serve immediately.
