Ingredients

  • 1 burger bun 
  • 2 scoops of minced meat (80-90g each) 
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese 
  • 2 slices of bacon 
  • 40g Cacio e Pepe sauce 
  • A little peanut oil 
  • Salt and pepper 

Preparation

  1. Fry the bacon on a griddle until crisp, then set it aside. 
  2. Cut the burger bun in half and toast the cut sides until golden. 
  3. Lightly grease the minced meat balls with peanut oil, then place them on a very hot grill. Press them down firmly with a weight or spatula for 20-30 seconds, and season with salt and pepper. 
  4. Flip the burgers and cook the other side. The total cooking time should not exceed 2 minutes. Add a slice of cheddar to each burger while cooking. 
  5. Spread the cheese and pepper sauce on the toasted sides of the bun. Layer the burgers on top, slightly overlapping, then add the bacon. 
  6. Close the bun and serve immediately.
