Spicy tapas with Twister Fries
Ingredients
A playful twist on a tapas favourite with spicy chorizo and tangy tomatoes
Serves 2
- 200g Lamb Weston Seasoned Twisters
- 75g aioli or garlic mayo
- 75g spicy tomato sauce
- 3g sweet smoked paprika (arabiatta)
- 100g sliced chorizo
- 8 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- Season to taste
Garnish
- 5g chopped rosemary
- Dust of smoked paprika
Preparation
Method
- Fry or bake the Lamb Weston Seasoned Twisters until golden brown and place in a suitable serving dish (Airfy: 10-18mins at 180 °C / Oven: 20mins at 200°C / Fry: 3:30mins at 175 °C).
- Warm the spicy tomato sauce, stir in the paprika and drizzle over the twisters.
- Top with the cherry tomatoes and chorizo and season to taste.
- Drizzle with good quality shop bought aioli or garlic mayonnaise and garnish with chopped rosemary and a dust of sweet smoked paprika.
