Ingredients
- 1 T-bone steak (about 1 kg)
- A few sprigs of sage, rosemary, and thyme
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Coarsely chop the herbs. Brush the steak with olive oil and generously sprinkle it with the chopped herbs.
- Marinate the steak in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Before cooking, remove the herbs from the surface of the steak and season it with salt and pepper.
- Heat a frying pan or grill to high heat. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing.
- Serve and enjoy!
