Tijuana fries
Ingredients
- 300g Connoisseur Rustic Fry
- Grated Cheese for melting
- 3 tbsp Chili beef
- 4 tbsp of Guacamole
- 4 tbsp of Sour cream
- 4 tbsp of Salsa
- Sliced Green jalapeños
- Sliced Red peppers
Preparation
Once cooked, place 300g of Connoisseur Rustic Fries in a shallow bowl and sprinkle on some grated cheese (enough to lightly cover all of the fries) then melt cheese either under the grill or in an oven for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and spoon on chili beef, guacamole, sour cream, salsa and finally top with some sliced green jalapeños and red peppers before serving.
