Job Title: Multi Skilled Warehouse Operative

£30,500

Reports to: Logistics Manager

Overall Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to operate a forklift truck and control stock management as instructed by the Logistics Manager.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Ensure work is compliant with relevant health and safety, environmental and GMP practice.
• Report matters of Health & Safety directly to your manager or deputy.
• Maintain working area to required audit standards (15min ready)
• Report FLT/equipment and breakdowns/damage to your manager or deputy.
• Manage unloading/loading of deliveries/collections, complete relevant compliance checks, stock control and storage of goods into warehouses.
• Ensure stock is controlled to meet FIFO rules.
• Use SAP/WMS functions (including scanning) to manage inventory levels.
• Complete bi-weekly housekeeping and manual stock checks.
• Financial mid/year end stocktakes (SOX compliance)
• Provide cross functional support to roles within the Logistics Department.
• Any other reasonable task as requested by your supervisor/manager

Qualifications

Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent).

Reach and Counterbalance licence signed off by Lamb Weston rep +PPPT - RPPT

Full driving licence

Lamb Weston chemical training, H+S, GMP

Experience

FLT Operations(4yrs). Manufacturing warehouse (2-3yrs) Knowledge of RF Scanning systems and management of.

SAP & SAP/WMS experience.
