Place 300g of cooked Stealth® Skin-On Fries in a shallow bowl.
Pour cooked Mac ‘n’ Cheese mixture over the Fries and place under the grill or oven for 3-5 mins. 
Remove from the heat and sprinkle with cooked crispy bacon pieces. 
Top with chopped chives before serving.
