You will translate deep market insight and shopper understanding into a compelling growth roadmap, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and other key stakeholders. You build best-in-class customer partnerships, inspire internal teams, and ensure our commercial organization is equipped to win.

Your Impact

1. Lead the Category Strategy for EMEA

  • Define and communicate a clear, long-term vision and strategic plan for our categories.

  • Identify growth spaces and align category strategy with channel and business priorities.

  • Drive transformation of our category development capabilities across markets.

2. Deliver Category & Market Excellence

  • Ensure best-in-class category planning and execution across all markets.

  • Challenge teams with data-driven insights to strengthen innovation, renovation, and portfolio plans.

  • Elevate availability, visibility, and activation across channels.

3. Build Strong Customer & Stakeholder Partnerships

  • Represent Lamb Weston at senior customer meetings and industry forums.

  • Influence channel strategies and commercial decision-making at executive level.

  • Develop customer-specific category plans in collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing.

4. Inspire & Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Lead, coach, and grow a talented Category Development team.

  • Embed a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

About You

You are a strategic thinker, a natural leader, and a passionate storyteller with the ability to translate insights into compelling action. You thrive in dynamic environments and love building new capabilities from the ground up.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience in FMCG (preferably food), across Sales, Marketing, or Category Management.

  • Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills.

  • Experience working with retailers and strong understanding of retail dynamics.

  • University degree.

  • Collaborative mindset combined with a drive for results.

  • Ambition and openness to future international career opportunities (Marketing or Sales).

  • Ability to shape long-term retail and category strategy for the business.
