Director Commercial Finance & Revenue Growth Management

As Director Commercial Finance & RGM, you will be the strategic and financial business partner to the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Commercial organization and drive Commercial Finance and RGM processes and best practices for the International business segment.

What You Will Lead & Deliver

1. Commercial & RGM Strategy

  • Build deep, insight-driven category, consumer, and customer understanding.
  • Co-develop the EMEA Commercial strategy (Category, Marketing, Innovation, Channel).
  • Design a competitively advantaged portfolio & Route-to-Market (RTM).
  • Develop RGM strategies (pricing, trade terms, promotions) to deliver sustainable margin growth.

2. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & Forecasting

  • Translate strategy into a principles-based AOP: Volume, , Net Sales, Margins.
  • Secure required investment (gross-to-net sales, advertising & promotion, Commercial resources).
  • Create aligned, balanced targets across EMEA sub-regions and channels.
  • Leverage the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, enabling strong business ownership and decision making.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Lead the Commercial Performance Management Cycle.
  • Identify and act on risks & opportunities from external, volume, and margin performance perspectives.
  • Ensure effective RGM execution to deliver or exceed plan.
  • Accelerate innovation and RTM initiatives with pace and measurable impact.
  • Hold Commercial leaders accountable for near- and long-term results.

4. Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight professionals
  • Drive a Commercial organization that is externally focused and competition-obsessed.
  • Embed fact-based decision making, powered by RGM insights.
  • Foster Lamb Weston values: integrity, teamwork, inclusion, drive for results, and empowerment.
  • Communicate priorities clearly and influence across functions and geographies.
  • Ensure strong succession planning and development pathways.

You will be the Finance business partner for the entire EMEA Commercial organization, covering:

Marketing (Product Studio)
Innovation • Consumer Insights • Brand • Digital • Trade Marketing

Channels
Foodservice & Multinational Chains • Retail • Ambient & Appetizers

Sales Execution
UK & Ireland • Europe • Middle East & Africa

You will also drive Commercial Finance and RGM processes and best practices for the International business segment (encompassing EMEA, as well as China, Asia Pacific, and Latin America) and alignment with the North America business segment.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business, or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial finance/controlling in an international environment (FMCG/Agri preferred).
  • Strong background (knowledge and experience) preferably including:
    • Commercial strategy & business planning
    • RGM strategy & execution
    • Route-to-Market development
    • Innovation project management
    • Business process redesign

  • Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to drive performance today while building future capability.
  • Sharp external orientation; strong insight generation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data triangulation capabilities.
  • Clear, persuasive, communicator across diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or other European languages beneficial.
