Procurement Excellence Manager

As a Procurement Excellence Manager, you play a pivotal role in continuously improving and professionalizing our procurement function. You define, implement, and embed best-in-class procurement processes, tools, and governance to enhance performance, transparency, and value creation across the organization.

You work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and key stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies are effectively executed and aligned with overall business objectives. In this role, you focus on driving continuous improvement, enabling digitalization, and supporting category teams with the right methodologies and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement procurement excellence frameworks, standards, and best practices

  • Drive continuous improvement across sourcing, contracting, and supplier management

  • Develop and optimize procurement processes, policies, and governance models

  • Lead digitalization initiatives and tool implementations (e.g. e-sourcing, spend analytics, contract management)

  • Define and monitor procurement KPIs and performance dashboards

  • Support category teams with analytics, methodology, and change management

  • Foster a culture of performance, compliance, and continuous improvement

  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability

  • Act as a key change agent within the procurement organization

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

  • 5–10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or procurement excellence

  • Experience in the food, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, procurement processes, and supplier management

  • Proven experience in process improvement, project management, and transformation initiatives

  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with procurement tools and data

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
