Key user IBP/ Supply Chain Planner

As a key user you initiate process improvements and actively lead and participate in interdisciplinary teams (both internal and external) in order to improve supply chain processes and systems in line with the strategy. These process and system improvements can be in the entire end-to-end planning team (Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning and Ops Control Tower) You will be working in Kruiningen and become part of the Supply Chain Planning team. In this role you report to the Manager Supply Chain Planning. This is a fulltime role.

What you will do

• Plan and optimize capacity of production facilities and co-manufacturers and balance with stock levels;
• Actively contribute to S&OP process and Business unit reviews of Operational Business Units;
• Optimize inventory, taking into account the potato availability, production capacity, warehouse capacity and cost;
• Create optimal conditions for a fluent execution of the operational planning;
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement and developments in end-to-end planning systems and processes.

What do you bring to the table?

• A Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional planning experience in a Supply Chain environment;
• Knowledge of ERP and S&OP/IBP Planning software;
• Experience as a Key User; Fluent in English and Dutch.

As a Supply Chain Planner you have excellent analytical skills. Furthermore you are a strong personality and you have a positive-critical mind. Of course you have well developed communication skills and you are persuasive. You also have outstanding planning and organizational skills and you work effectively with others to achieve common targets.
