Festive Turkey Sandwich with Crunchy Fries
Ingredients
- 100g Really Crunchy Fries, cooked as per the instructions
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tsp unsalted butter
- 1-2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 2 slices turkey (approx. 60g)
- 1 roasted carrot
- 1 roasted parsnip
- 2 crunchy stuffing balls
- 75ml gravy, made according to packet instructions
Preparation
- Butter the slices of sourdough bread.
- Spread cranberry sauce onto each slice of bread.
- Layer the turkey slices on one slice of the bread, followed by the roasted carrot, parsnip, and stuffing balls.
- Place the second slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
- Serve with Really Crunchy Fries and a side of gravy as a dipping sauce for a delicious festive meal.
