Loaded Crunchy Fries with Bacon, Feta & Maple Drizzle
Ingredients
- 200-250g Really Crunchy Fries (RCF), cooked as per the instructions
- Salt to season
- 4 slices maple-cured bacon / streaky bacon*
- 50g feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of dried parsley, to garnish
*beef bacon can be substituted for pork
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cook the bacon on a lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes, until crispy. Leave to cool slightly, then break into pieces.
- Cook the Really Crunchy Fries as per the instructions and place them in a serving bowl.
- Add the bacon pieces, crumble over the feta cheese, and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over the toppings to create a sweet and salty flavor.
- Garnish with dried parsley and serve immediately.
