Mini beefburger with smoked bacon

Ingredients

  • 10 mini burger baps
  • 800 g very finely cut raw beef
  • 16 tbsp relish sauce
  • 12 tbsp olive oil
  • 20 leaves of baby romaine lettuce
  • 10 tomato slices
  • 400 g smoked bacon (thinly sliced)
  • 1500 g connoisseur chunky fries (frozen)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Put the beef with 12 tablespoons of relish sauce and the salt in a large bowl and mix together. 
Shape the mixture into the burgers.
Put the burgers and the bacon into a pan with the oil and fry for 10 minutes, until cooked. 
Turn the burgers once. 
Briefly toast the inside of the baps in the oven, or put them into the pan with the burgers for a minute. 
Put the baps onto plates. 
Put the following onto each bap, in this order: a few salad leaves, tomato, bacon, burger, and 4 tablespoon of relish.
Deep-fry the fries at 175°C for 3:45 minutes and serve with the burger.
