Veggie Burger in Rösti Bun
- 2 Rösti Toasties
- 100g Chickpeas
- 100g Courgette
- 1 Garlic
- Powdered curry
- Salt and pepper
Heat up a small quantity of olive oil in a large pan and fry courgette with garlic.
Crush the chickpeas to a purée and add courgettes, herbs, powdered curry, salt and pepper and knead to produce a homogeneous and thick mixture (add breadcrumbs if needed).
Shape this mixture into a hamburger and fry until it is golden-brown on both sides.
Cook two Rösti Toasties and place the hamburger in-between.
Serve with green salad and a fresh lemon-based salad dressing.
