    As a Pricing Analyst you identify sustainable profitable value growth opportunities. You optimize pricing strategies, drive profitable mix opportunities, optimize (effectiveness of) promotions and develop pay for performance trade term framework for a specific market and channel. You will be working in cross functional teams where you will analyse the market, customer behaviour and external/internal sales data to develop strategies that foster profitable revenue growth.

    As we continue to build the discipline there is plenty of room for personal growth and good initiatives. You love to work on big data(sets) and always look for opportunities to enhance both content and processes around data landscaping.

    You will be working from our HQ EMEA in Breda (home office, in consultation, partly allowed), and will become part of the Revenue Growth Management team. This role reports into the Revenue Growth Manager.

    What do you do?

    • Design and implement revenue growth strategies, pricing models and data driven insight to achieve the company’s goals
    • Continuously conduct and enhance data to insights activities like value chain optimization, market research, competitor analysis and understanding of customer behaviour to then translate insights into action
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives
    • Pursue a climate of fact-based-decision making
    • Develop and optimize (value based) pricing strategies to improve profitability and market share, including manage the processes around pricing adjustments
    • Analyze customer data and purchasing patterns to determine price elasticity and optimal pricing structures
    • Create pricing scenarios and assess financial impact, provide report with actionable insights and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
    • Build, optimize and maintain a coherent pricing architecture framework in close cooperation with marketing and sales teams
    • Analyze and optimize current trade spend. Drive a pay for performance trade term structure leveraging customer segmentation and budget allocation
    • Provide frameworks for promotional pricing, discount structures and bonus strategies
    • Optimize promotional strategies through initiating regular uplift and ROI calculations to help improve promo planning
    • Work with sales & marketing teams to set pricing strategies for new products.
    • Analyse the portfolio mix and identify opportunities to prioritize SKU’s / segments
    • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to track revenue performance and identify improvement areas
    • Drive continuous improvement projects within the area of Revenue Growth Management
    • Help to further embed RGM in existing processes

    What do you bring?

    • Bachelor working and thinking level
    • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in pricing, financial and/or data analysis
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling
    • Experience in revenue management software and tools, as well as experience in SAP is a plus
    • Ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers, peers and effectively managing those relationships
    • Result-oriented with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and achieve business goals
    • Fluency in English and preferable another language (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
    • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work productively within a dynamic working environment who likes change and looks forward to shaping the future for the Revenue Growth department.
