Potato Dippers Sunny Side Up
- 200g Potato Dippers
- 50g Serrano ham
- 1 Egg
Fry the Potato Dippers in olive oil and leave to drip on kitchen roll.
Fry egg and make sure the yolk is as runny as possible.
Once done, place on top of the Potato Dippers.
Shred the ham with hands and scatter on top.
