Spicy Beef Tacos with Loaded Fries



  • 300g Lamb Weston Fries cooked as per instruction
  • 200g mince beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp of tacos seasoning
  • 2 soft tortillas
  • 1 red chili sliced
  • 1 cup red cabbage chopped and drizzle with juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • Coriander for garnish

For tomato salsa:

  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • Juice of 2 limes

For guacamole:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • Juice of 2 limes


The best Beef Tacos laced with fries, guacamole, tomato salsa, red chili and a squeeze of fresh lime.


  1. Cook fries as per instruction.
  2. In a medium pan add olive oil and minced beef with taco seasoning and cook until gold for around 5-8 min.
  3. Mix all ingredients for salsa and set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl mash avocado and add all ingredient for guacamole. Mix well and set aside.
  5. Warm tortilla in the oven for 2-3 min and assemble tacos at the table starting with cabbage, beef, sour cream, fries, salsa and finish with big a luscious spoon of guacamole. Sprinkle with coriander and a small squeeze of lime juice.
