Ingredients

  • 1 T-bone steak (about 1 kg) 
  • A few sprigs of sage, rosemary, and thyme 
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper 

Preparation

  1. Coarsely chop the herbs. Brush the steak with olive oil and generously sprinkle it with the chopped herbs. 
  2. Marinate the steak in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. 
  3. Before cooking, remove the herbs from the surface of the steak and season it with salt and pepper. 
  4. Heat a frying pan or grill to high heat. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side. 
  5. Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing. 
  6. Serve and enjoy!
