LambWeston won and important Award: Product of the Year GULF Award. The purpose of this competition stimulates companies across the region continue to prioritize innovation to adapt to the latest market trends. This sounds to music to the ears of innovative potato lovers like us!
Nielsen IQ, world-wide leader in consumer research, conducted a regional survey across the Gulf markets with over 4,500 shoppers to determine the most innovative brands. In this year’s edition, LambWeston was rewarded with the iconic red logo for their uniqueness and innovation within our category ‘Frozen Potato Products’. This Award allows us to add the Product of the Year logo on our pack and communication. Since this logo is trusted by 85% of consumer in the region, our sales will very likely benefit positively.
The panel gave this report:
73% of respondents are aware of Lamb Weston Potato , online and in store advertisement had the highest scores in Source of awareness.
78% are willing to buy Lamb Weston Frozen Potato & consume it. The product is favored among females more than males with a slight difference.
Lamb Weston Frozen Potato also had high scores in Uniqueness (71%) , innovation (74%) and need fulfillment (74%).
