All Night Long Salsa
- 1 medium onion
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 1 green chili pepper
- olive oil
- 800 g sliced tomatoes
- 1 tsp bell pepper
Chop 1 medium onion and 1 large clove of garlic.
Cut 1 long green chilli pepper in 5mm pieces.
Heat one large frying pan with heavy bottom at medium height fire.
Add enough olive oil to the bottom of the pan to cover.
Gently fry the onion until brown.
Add the green pepper and fry for 5 minutes constantly stir.
Add the garlic and also bake for 1 minute.
Add approximately 800 g of sliced tomatoes and 1 tsp bell pepper.
Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes.
